...that Doug Hoffman might have wounded his remarkable campaign for election to Congress (NY 23rd CD) as Conservative when he had George Pataki and Rudy Giuliani join his campaign. Ambitious these men are, indeed, but conservatives?
(Upon information and belief, Giuliani directed the Dayton-Seaside denouement, with Pataki standing by.)

...that Doug Hoffman's Republican opponent Dede Scozzafava will soon announce that she is leaving the GOP for the Democrats.

...that if Ms. Scozzafava did get $900,000 from the GOP, maybe some kind of probe is in order

...that Bill Thompson's vote showing against MB (Michael Bloomberg -- but those letters could as well stand for... ) could have him mentioned as gubernatorial candidate.
