New York City Police Commissioner William Bratton appeared on the Batchelor radio program, January 22, to discuss the terrorist threat to New York City and, in general terms, what his department is going to protect the city from this threat.

LPR recalls a report that Mayor deBlasio does not have a top security clearance. If the mayor still does not have a top security clearance, doesn't this mean that the police commissioner cannot discuss sensitive security matters with his boss?
