Beyonce was on East 79th Street, August 6. The best LPR could do was get images of the back of her head; the car, heralding her appearance, carried on a special flatbed, driving up Madison Avenue to Park
Avenue and back to Madison, led by an NYPD car, and of people waiting for her to emerge from her van parked on Fifth Avenue -- where ordinary cars cannot park
during the day.
