LPR liked to stop by the Boat Basin Cafe, in the summertime, for a pina colada. 

One feature of the cafe was that dogs were permitted entry, and LPR would stop by with Lenox, or Shana before him. 

On March 11 there was scarcely evidence that the Boat Basin Cafe was ever at this site, on the Hudson River and below the Henry Hudson Parkway at 79th Street. 

It is not clear to LPR what is going to replace he cafe.  There were no signs of work being done at the site when LPR stopped by.  How mysterious are the ways of Mayor De Blasio's City Hall. 

There wasn't much change in rush hour traffic on Riverside Drive, this very spring-like March 11, 2021.
