Shouldn't Alvin L. Bragg be dismissed as Manhattan district attorney for violating the Constitution he took an oath to uphold?

This recent New York Post story reported that Bragg campaigned for the d.a. post on a promise to pursue , as d.a., former president Trump.

Seems to LPR like a promise to hound the former president by bill of attainder which just happens to be banned by the Constitution in Artile 1, Section 9, Clause 3.

Of course, anti-Constitutionalists like Nancy Pelosi bellow "No one is above the law," when they really mean, "Let's manipulate the law to throw into prison our political adversaries."
