was in Torrington for service on the LPRmobile at Capuano Buick.
It is this writer's belief that if the approach to business at GM's headquarters
was as customer-oriented as at Capuano, GM would be doing well, doing very
well
indeed.
Ralph and Barbara Capuano exemplify the idea business performance is a function
of service to customers. LPR quickly adds that the service department, led
by Albert Goldstone and Don Brennan, provides a hassle-free environment for
the customers (considered part of an extended family
at Capuano) -- and does outstanding work on our cars.
