"There is no evidence nor any conceivable possibility that Mr. Trump had any thought of a coup. The idea that he had any thought at all of a violent overthrow of government is so fatuous that in any other circumstances except the frequent punctuation of sane political discourse by the faithful geyser of Trump-hate, any people uttering such nonsense would be urged by their friends to seek psychiatric help."

History will acknowledge, however, that "thought of a coup" was very much in the minds of the Deep State insurrectionists who manufactured the phony claim that President Trump was controlled by Russia, and continued to send lies about President Trump into the political atmosphere until they finally succeeded, by hook and by crook, in overthrowing his 2020 bid for re-election and, today, are interfering in the 2024 presidential election by transforming the Justice Department into the political persecution agency of the Despotic Clique.

Apparently it is now up to the House Republican majority to defend the spirit of American freedom from the depredations of the Despotic Clique. May G-d grant that the House GOP is equal to the task.
