did LPR receive remuneration for this photo of Yankee pitcher
Mike Messina that appears on another website, citing LPR as
source, but not stating that it is posted with LPR's permission
-- such permission not having been sought.
… And LPR learned April 8 that two of its photos of the Yankees' Hideki
Matsui are on page 20 of 160 at AOL Search.
LPR appreciates the compliment.
Should LPR be thankful it is not charged by AOL for using its copyrighted photos
without permission? (And to add insult to injury, Time Warner stock continues
to lose value.)
