LPR heard one speech from Sen. Marco Rubio during the 2016 primary season: the speech he gave, ending his quest. LPR was impressed by this speech Perhaps had Rubio been as critical of “the political establishment” throughout the campaign – certainly during the debates – as he was in his valedictory, he would have fared much better, if also drawing the ire of the Establishment.

In asserting that the “political establishment…has grown to confuse cronyism for capitalism and big business for free enterprise” Rubio, seemed, at least for LPR, to hint why the Republican establishment would not stand in the way of electing Hillary Clinton – the candidate of the cronyocracy. Cronyism – the tie that binds the Democrat and Republican establishments, and The People be damned.
