SEPTEMBER 25, 2005 --

What a day of glorious weather September 22 was as LPR and Shana drove through Connecticut's Litchfield County. There has to be something special in the air of Litchfield County.

Shana seems to lose a year or two when she is in Winsted or Torrington. And LPR
could find a sense of serenity from merely a bend in a country road south of Torrington.

Speaking of Shana, LPR thanks Nascar's Laz Benitez for his email asking about Shana. Laz was very helpful last February, when he was a media staffer with NYC2012, in helping me locate the
carpound where the LPRmobile was taken with Shana inside, by persons acting under the authority of the City of New York.

By the time this posting appears, the second of the ten Nascar playoffs will have been held. Tony Stewart was still in first place after the New Hampshire.
