Duran Duran

NOVEMBER 10, 2007 --

LPR left the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival awards ceremony at the China Club, November 2, and walked around the corner to 47th Street just as the audience was leaving the Barrymore theater after Duran Duran's opening night of the group's short Broadway run.

LPR spotted a very familiar TV face and  got the photo, posted nearby just before Ms. Descher got into her car -- assuring her all the while that LPR is not a paparazzi (actually that is the plural form of the term that derives from "Paparazzo," the name of the photographer in  Federico Fellini's  "la dolce vita.")

LPR walked over to the theater and displayed its NYPD press card to NYPD on hand.  The accompanying photos should indicate that NYPD on hand were not interested in accepting the press ID for purpose of giving LPR a clear view of Duran Duran leaving the Barrymore.
