This year the annual Easte Parade on Fifth Avenue had gray skies and chilly weather
-- but the outfits were as colorful as ever -- ranging from Edwardian to stylish
to... quite interesting.
The family in
Edwardian clothes traveled from Orange, Massachusetts for their
11th consecutive parade.
The elegant woman (middle of the photo of
three stylish women) was at her 20th Easter Parade.

nice crowd came out to enjoy the Easter festivities.

Also
on Fifith Avenue were street musicians, musicians a bunny-eared
living statue and at least two demonstrations -- one for peace;
one for Bugs Bunny.

Shana, too, attracted some notice.
