The prices in the accompanying photo were posted May 19 at Torrington's Mobil station on Winsted Road. The "Enjoy your drive." sign is, at best, discordant. (A
Sunoco station on East Main street sold regular at $3.12.9 that day -- and the Mobil station near the East Main entrance to route 8 was a few cents lower that Sunoco.) Our flag flies in front of of Winsted Road Mobil station.

Its proud appearance ought to be noticed by the folks who think they can walk all over the American people. Those folks
should be advised that we bounce back to demand respect in the name of our liberty no slower than the North Meadow in Central Park bounces back from, say,
getting walked on at a world archery championship.
