European Union Court Effectively Supports Jihad Against Israel

December 19, 2014 --

The General Court of the European Union, December 17, issued a ruling that cancels the designation of Hamas as a" terrorist organization," The New York Times reported. According to the Times, the court declared that the European Union determined Hamas was committed to terrorism based on "news and Internet reports rather than by 'acts examined and confirmed in decisions of competent authorities.'"

The General Court, LPR believes, cannot be unaware of the Hamas Charter which, in Article 13, rejects peace negotiations with the State of Israel, asserting "There is no solution to the Palestinian problem except by Jihad", and, in Article 15 proclaims: "In order to face the usurpation of Palestine by the Jews, we have no escape from raising the banner of Jihad." Nor can the General Court be unaware, from the actions of ISIS, what Jihad in the 21st century is all about -- the slaughter of hostages, the murder of prisoners and civilians, the enslavement of women. (LPR acknowledges that information about the ISIS atrocities is based, mainly, on "news and Internet reports.")

The General Court of the European Union of course, is based on the continent where six million Jews were exterminated, 1939-1945. LPR must conclude that the General Court has no difficulty with Jihad waged by Hamas against the six million Jews in Israel, today, in accordance with the assertion, in Article 14 of the Hamas Charter, that "Palestine is an Islamic land...."
