Capuano Cadillac and Buick, in Torrington, Connecticut, under the leadershiip of Ralph and Barbara Capuano, regards its customers as family.

When this writer drove from Candlewood Animal Hospital, last Friday afternoon, following Shana's accupuncture treatment
(Shana's 16th birthday is in early August), the brakes sounded bad.

The LPRmobile was headed to Torrington
anyway, 45 minutes away. Don, at the Capuano service desk, took the call, and by the time the LPRmobile reached the dealership, shortly before 4 p.m., he had arranged for a rental car for the return to New York.  Thank you Capuano Cadillac
and Buick, in Torrington, CT.

Perhaps GM ought to consider using your customer as family approach as business model.
