"A bad cause seldom fails to betray itself." Federalist No. 41.

September 1, 2013 --

LPR finds indication enough that Obamacare is a "bad cause" in the action taken by Congress to exempt itself and staff from this legislation. If the legislation were without difficulties, would Congress have acted to protect itself from its impact?

In exempting itself from Obamacare, Congress is giving itself special treatment, treatment that flies in the face of the constitutional requirement of equal protectioon of the law. LPR here calls for the removal from office of all officials who, sworn to uphold the Constitution, act to deny the American people equal protection under Obamacare.
