NOVEMBER

Much
of this edition of LPR is given to photographs of the Halloween party
at The Grand, on East 58th Street in Manhattan, hosted by Michael
James, October 28.
From what LPR witnessed, with these photos submitted as evidence thereto, this
gathering was in good spirits (pun not intended), convivial, and pleasant,
indeed.
Accordingly, LPR proposes that the members of Congress and senior staff be
required to attend a Saturday night in similar surroundings, with similar music.
It could follow that after such an evening, Joe Lieberman would not be just
about the only U.S., Senator talking to Republicans.
