According to this National Review story, House Judiciary Committee chairman Jim Jordan is thinking about holding recalcitrant attorney Mark F. Pomerantz in contempt for refusing to testify at his May 12 deposition.

In view of the fact that U.S. Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil encouraged Manhattan d.a. Bragg and Chairman Jordan to proceed with the Pomerantz deposition, and declared her intention to retain jurisdiction over the matter, LPR believes Mr. Jordan should call Pomerantz's contumely to the attention of Judge Vyskocil and ask her to apply whatever sanctions she deems necessary to deal with Pomerantz, including removing the Bragg indictment to her court.

Let's see if Pomerantz continues his supercilious and insolent behavior before Judge Vyskocil.
