LPR, July 20 attended a fundraiser at Gallery, for a production of "The
Fantasticks", at Primary States' 45th Street Theater (345 W. 45th Street), in Manhattan, August 19 to 28.

This White Star Productions presentation is directed by Brady Amoon, and includes Beth Alson as producer, Sheldon Forrest as musical director, Erika Crocco as
choreographer.

The cast includes Doug Cochrane, as El
Gallo.  The Fantasticks -- book and lyrics by Tom Jones and music by Harvey Schmidt -- opened at The Sullivan Street Playhouse in 1960 and, closing 42 years later, has the record as the world's longest running musical.
