LPR
had planned to photograph the carrier, last Monday -- to hear on
radio
that the ship had been scheduled to leave that day but could not, apparently
being … stuck in the mud.
Some people are wondering if gas prices dropped in the pre-election-day period
for political reasons. LPR has not heard fears expressed in the media, lately,
that gas prices will reach $4 a gallon. LPR agrees
that tax cuts are good for the economy. Oil price hikes are not.

The evening of November
4, Dr. Eric Kandel, 2000 Nobelist in medicine, spoke at the Hebrew
Institute of Riverdale. about his experiences as a Jewish boy in Austria
at the time, March 1938, it became part of Nazi Germany, and his family's
sub sequent emigration to America. For Dr. Kandel, no country outdid
Austria in vicious anti-Semitism.

great amount of construction underway in Manhattan is a good economic
sign for New York City.

season, and figures spotted at night, in Manhattan doorways, are not in costume,
Halloween or otherwise.

Tower
Records will be gone soon …
