NOVEMBER 25, 2008 --

LPR, the afternoon of November 18, noticed that a motorist was speaking with two traffic agents at the southeast corner of 80th Street and Broadway.

LPR learned that the woman driver was getting a ticket on her car, on Broadway at that corner of 80th,  for not having a parking chad in her car while she walked halfway down the long block to get a  parking chad  from the dispenser.
