LPR-endorsed Public Advocate David R. Zukerman went to WABC-TV for the October 25 debate -- to learn that the debate had been taped earlier in the week. There is one more Public Advocate debate, at NY-1 News, October 28.

LPR must wonder when and where the actual debate will take place. Somehow all this seems a bit inconsistent with the notion of transparency in government, doesn't it?
