With
Yankee Stadium in the background, the new home of the Yankees
is beginning to rise across 161st Street in The Bronx. LPR
understands that the commissioner of major league baseball,
announcing that Yankee Stadium will be the site of the 2008
All-Star game, called the ballpark a cathedral. Hmm. Are
cathedrals usually discarded -- or cherished?
