We have heard allegations this mid-summer, that Manny Ramirez and David Ortiz
used -- let's say -- extraordinary measures to do well on the baseball field. The allegations refer to 2003, when these players were teammates on the Boston Red Sox. (Mr. Ramirez is presently with the Los Angeles Dodgers; Mr. Ortiz remains with Boston.) LPR wonders why it took six years for these allegations to surface.
