Memo to Senator Russ Feingold

APRIL 2, 2006 --

In addition to seeking the censure of the president (not set forth in the Constitution,so far as LPR can tell) could you also comment on credit card banks that are squeezing consumers with rates at least as high as 29.99%, rates that perhaps have more in common with feudal authority than democratic freedom?

Or are you unaware of such squeezing due to your focus on the White House.

There is, too, the matter of the aggrandizing oil industry but LPR would be thankful if you addressed one form of economic anti-social conduct at a time.

(Perhaps LPR is wrong, but it seems the media presents more people who say there is nothing we can do about crushing gas prices than people who say they will change their driving habits.)
