NOVEMBER 28, 2007 --
LPR here inaugurates a new feature, in solidarity with a very large group of people who face daily the traffic travails presented in and by the City of New York.
LPR holds to the quaint notion that congestion would be eased, considerably, if the swarms of agents who daily impose alternate forms of taxation on motorists were directed, instead, to control the flow of traffic.
