New York Marathon 2008

NOVEMBER 11, 2008 --

These images were taken on 138th Street in The Bronx, just before the runners cross the Madison Avenue bridge to return to Manhattan and complete the course in Central Park

(The Bronx is the only borough in New York City that is on the U.S. mainland.) Last year, LPR got images of the leaders as they headed down Fifth Avenue.

These images show marathoners still on the course at about 3.30 p..m.
