Early this month, Sen. Charles E. Schumer participated in a protest at the Supreme Court against a Louisiana law requiring abortiondoctors to have hospital privileges.   

The following is taken from the Daily Signal webite: “'I want to tell you, Gorsuch,” Schumer said, video from the event shows, “and I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price.'”

Note that the senator, making an apparent threat,  mentioned two members of the court, without stating their titles.    The New York Times reported the incident but omitted any mention by the senator of the names of the justices, thus covering up, for its readers, just how threatening were Sen. Schumer's words.
