December 19, 2019 --
The lead story in the Times, December 16, carried this headline:
SCHUMER FRAMES
FULL SENATE TRIAL
ON IMPEACHMENT
Seems to LPR that The New York Times is treating Senate Democrat Leader Charles Schumer as if he were the majority, not the minority, leader. Clicksters are reminded that House Republicans, as minority, had no role in working with the majority to prepare for any phase of the process leading to articles of impeachment against President Trump. |
Concerning the Inability of Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz to Read Minds
The New York Times, reporting on the appearance of Mr. Horowitz before the Senate Judiciary Committee, December 11, said that in stating that he found no evidence that FBI errors and omissions were intentional, "[h]e noted that he could not read people's minds to learn their motivations." Apparently, however, House Democrats claim they have the power to read the mind of the president. |
