Today, of course, Andew Cuomo is governor of New York and Bill DeBlasio is mayor of New York City.

In the 1990's DeBlasio (who then might also have been known as Warren Wilhelm) served under HUD Secretary Andrew Cuomo as a mid-level bureaucrat in HUD's New York-New Jersey regional office.

LPR knows this because DeBlasio sent me two stonewalling notes about the Dayton Seaside property tax matter, and Cuomo, as HUDsec, must have allowed HUD to misapply Dayton Seaside tax escrows to create the false claims  that the three Dayton Seaside buildings were tax delinquents, owing NYC tens of millions of dollars.

Once my family was forced out of Dayton Seaside, the false tax claims disappeared. This ordeal could not have occurred without key finagling by Mayor Giuliani.

The one thing LPR can't understand about President Trump is his cozy relationship with Giuliani, who lied about Dayton Seaside and ignored the plea from Queens borough president Claire Shulman, may she rest in peace,  to resolve quickly and fairly the Dayton Seaside property tax situation.
