NOVEMBER
10, 2006 --
If
any month in New York qualifies as Federalist 57 Month, it is November,
From Halloween to December 1, the 11th month of the calendar year
is a boon to the "common good" spirit.
Don a costume and spend Halloween in Greenwich Village, or, a few days later,
take a position along the ING New York City Marathon course, or, at the end
of the month, visit balloon inflation the day before Thanksgiving, and/or,
next day, see the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and you can't help digest
heaping portion of the "common good spirit."
|
Also, Halloween is,
in the view of LPR, the start of the fastest two months of the year.
Before you know it, Thanksgiving has arrived -- with Election and Armistice days
in between. And once Thanksgiving is reached, can the lighting of the Rockefeller
Center Christmas Tree be far behind, with Christmas and New Year's suddenly at
hand?
This edition of LPR celebrates November.
Please enjoy these photos, while LPR rushes full speed ahead to bring more November
photo ops, with the Federalist 57 spirit, to LPR clicksters. |
