President Obama Explains View of Putin

April 5, 2016 --

In a post-election magazine interview, President Barack Obama explained that he had nothing personal against Russian President Vladimir Putin, adding, however, “I just could not accept the fact that he was not like Raul Castro – you know, not a communist.” Asked if that meant that he himself has been a communist all along, Mr. Obama said, “You’ll just have to wait for my memoirs.” Asked if he had a title in mind, the president said that the working title was “The Transparent President.”

Sources report that Mr. Obama is considering advances upward of $500 million. The president is said to expect to command speaking fees ranging from $750,000 to $1,25 million.
