A front page story in The New York Times, November 22, reported that supervisors in the United States Central Command "revised conclusions to mask some of the failures in training Iraqi troops and beating back the Islamic State." The Times article goes on to wonder, given "intentionally skewed intelligence conclusions...how much Mr. Obama, Congress and the public can believe the military's assessments." LPR wonders if the White House had something to do with the skewing.
