March 19, 2019 --

A good example of Trump Derangement Syndrome ...

Clintonista Philippe Reines in The New York Times, March 15, 2019 argues for impeaching President Trump because he "is a pernicious, divisive figure, who is poisoning our politics, and hopes to do so for years go come."

Who, for the left is "divisive?" Anyone who disagrees with their politics. President Trump is trying to drain the swamp, not poison the waters.

Help for the struggling class ...

Last October, Sen. Kemala Harris made a proposal, repeated as presidential candidate last month, to make up to $500 dollars a month available to people to avoid struggling with unexpected bills. LPR suggested in its June 19, 2015 lead, nearly four years ago, that people struggling on social security income be given credit cards with a cap of $5,000 at 3% to make it possible for them to pay unexpected bills. LPR here renews its four year-old suggestion as alternative to the Harris proposal.

Well, the Virginia governor said he wasn't going anywhere and apparently he isn't ...

The controversy over a blackface image on a page in a medical school yearbook is apparently over and Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam is still in the governor's mansion. Also dropped out of sight is the controversy caused by sexual assault allegations from two women against Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax. Would the media be more interested if the governor and lt. governor were Republicans?

And what about Ukraine?

We haven't seem Ukraine mentioned prominently in news reports lately. Is the fighting between nationalists and secessionists over? LPR doubts it.
