Former Obama aide David Plouffe was quoted at Breitbart, April 19, as predicting that former president  Donld J. Trump will not seek re-election in 2024.

Here is a Plouffe comment quoted in The New York Times by Amy Chozick, August 3, 2016:

David Plouffe, President Obama’s former campaign manager, proposed... in June. “It is not enough to simply beat Trump,” he wrote on Twitter. “He must be destroyed thoroughly. His kind must not rise again.”

How best to make sure the former president does "'not rise gain'" than to go around predicting he won't run again? 

If any political movement in the U.S. should  be "desroyed thoroughly," it is the anti-democracy forces of the left, the forces that would twist opinions on the integrity of the 2020 presidential election, or lack thereof, into seditious activity; the forces that are zealously opposed to diversity of political thought; the forces that determine guilt in advance of trial.

The anti-democracy forces arrayed against former president Trump would put an end to the legacy of freedom bequeathed to this generation by the founding generation that gave us with the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.  It should be noted, further, that "conservatives" who ally themselves with the movement to thoroughly destroy Donald J. Trump and his populist movement are faux conservatives who support Bidenism and all the self-serving, incompetent government it stands for.

(Bidenism is, in the final analysis, rule by persons standing in darkness instructing the PINO -- president in name only -- on how to make America impotent anew.)

It is, after all, the Bidenistas -- not a foreign autocrat -- who impose inflationary regulations on gas and food that empty the purses of the polity.  Indeed, it is fair to assert that it is the woke policies of the Bidenistas that degrade the effectiveness of our armed forces thereby encouraging military adventures by foreign governments.

Bidenistas shrink from freedom's battle cry -- "Make America Great Again -- the way vampires shrink from sunlight.  Indeed, as a formerly great newspaper declares in its masthead:  Democracy Dies In Darkness.  May a new political day rise six months from now -- with the midterm elections concluding next November 8.
