LPR
regrets to report that as of September 18, steel rods are still
exposed at the 95th Street exit off the
Henry Hudson Parkway, here photographed again -- on September 13.
It is not one of the good things about
New York City that the speed of repairing dangerous road conditions for vehicles
varies inversely with the speed by which oneroous parking summonses are served
on vehicles.
That this phenomenon has yet to draw the
notice of the print media in NYC is further evidence of the distance of said
media from the citizenry -- a distance that apparently can only be narrowed
on the
internet.
The
95th Street exit ramp pothole - it's still there.
