Look for a statement signed by major U.S. news organizations that agrees to refer to Russian President Vladimir Putin by his surname, only, adding, to current preference for "autocrat," terms including "strongman," "bad man," "bully", "renegade," and "isolated." The guidelines, reportedly, will also recommend an end to the use of "czar" to refer to any member of the Obama administration. |
