JANUARY 4, 2008 --

The request for assistance site is not far from Jacob Fields, in Cleveland -- seen here are the Jacobs Field lights |
Last July, LPR, nearing Jacobs Field, in Cleveland, noticed a sign on a road asking for a nickel or dime and saw a figure waving to motorists. LPR did not forget that image which suggests that economic conditions are just aggregates of the human condition.

On a Rhode Island beach, last September, LPR got an image of a sea gull with something to say.

Outside Yankee Stadium, last summer, LPR spotted Yankee outfielder Johnny (Is he sorry he left the Red Sox?) Damon with two young fans, one of them not wearing a Damon shirt.

The Year 2008 is to be the last season played by the New York Yankees in Yankee Stadium. Will baseball fans throughout the country demand that "the House that Ruth built" not be demolished?

Another LPR image of Philip Seymour Hoffman during a Broadway Show League softball game, a few years ago. Mr. Hoffman is shown here having reached first base. At his day job, of course, he regularly hits home runs.
