The accompanying photos show the Watch Hill lighthouse, the public beach at Misquamicut and two seagulls strolling along a Watch Hill beach.

Having recently heard, while in Torrington, about the beauty of the Rhode Island shore, LPR decided to check it out.

LPR was not disappointed.

Indeed, the day of LPR's visit, visibility was top-notch, making it possible to see the outline of Block Island.
