Recently, LPR walked with Lulu to Ewen Park (whose history could come from an Edith Wharton novel -- please google "the history of Ewen Park, in Riverdale" ) and began to shout at Lulu to stop pulling so hard (to see her friends in the park). The woman motorist, driving behind us, called out to LPR to stop shouting at the dog. 

The woman could have had no familiarity with the LPR - Lulu relationship and clearly was oblivious to the fact that Lulu is quite strong and, by her pulling, could send LPR flying -- or break away, endangering her life to another passing car. 

LPR immediately recognized this woman for what she is -- a likely Biden voter, and a totalitarian, demanding compliance to her false conclusions based on ignorance.
