MARCH 2, 2008 --

Late last November, at a post-Nascar season photo op at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York's Times Square, LPR got this image of Hendrick Motorsports Chairman and CEO Rick Hendrick with 2005 NASCAR champion Tony Stewart, who drives for Joe Gibbs, not Hendrick Motorsports, whose Jimmie Johnson was NASCAR champion in 2006 and 2007.

As LPR recalls, Mr. Hendrick invited this photo which clearly shows both men smiling broadly.

Now that the 2008 NASCAR season is underway, LPR is confident that publication of this image will not put the rumor mill into operation, but, rather, will attest to the camaraderie and good sportsmanship that  is representative of the NASCAR community.
