As indicated in last week's Lonely Pamphleteer Review and for reasons not clear to LPR, use of cameras is not permitted inside the building without permission. This writer has been photographing the building since June 2001, when it was under construction. Thus far, management has not interfered with photographing the outside of the building. This writer has e-mailed Time Warner head Richard D. Parsons, suggesting that a more friendly atmosphere at Time Warner Center would not be harmful to the company.
