Bill deBlasio has now settled in for his four year term as Public Advocate/Mayoral Aspirant (PAMA).

LPR is still waiting for PAMA deBlasio to provide belated transparency on the Dayton Seaside property tax manipulation, made possible with the assistance of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, which artfully applied its Dayton Seaside tax escrows at the apparent request of NYC -- all the better to create the false impression of vast tax arrearages concerning taxes that were not settled by NYC as it should have, pursuant to urban renewal contract. (PAMA deBlasio was at HUD when Dayton Seaside went down.)
